- Start a private draft.Upload the photos and optional video clips you want to consider.
- Choose and review.Arrange the story, select available design and music options, and review the watermarked draft.
- Revise before purchase.Return to your dashboard to make the revision actions shown for your project.
- Save an eligible finished video.When an eligible purchase unlocks the clean video, use the dashboard download action and keep a local backup.
The hosted memorial page and a downloaded video file are separate. For event playback, test the downloaded file on the venue's actual equipment before the service.

- Editor acting unexpectedly?Save your work, refresh the page, and reopen the project from your dashboard.

How do I start a memorial video?
Choose Start free, upload your photos, and follow the guided steps. You can review a watermarked draft before deciding whether to purchase.
Can I change my video after the first draft?
Yes. Open your dashboard to revise the photos, text, music, and design. Your available revision actions appear beside each project.
Where can I find a video I already created?
Sign in and open your dashboard. Completed and in-progress videos stay connected to the account or guest session used to create them.
What can I include on a memorial page?
A memorial page can bring together the life story, photographs, tribute video, important moments, family messages, sharing, and a QR code.
What should I include in a billing question?
Include the email used at checkout and the approximate purchase date. Please do not send a complete card number or other sensitive payment details.
How will support follow up?
Replies are sent by email after the team reviews your request. If a service date is relevant, include it so the team understands your timing.
